I don't want to sound rude but if you are very technology challenged as you say you are then I'd suggest finding a local IT provider or tech savvy person to handle this for you.  The last thing you want to deal with is a "solution" that works half the time and is difficult to use.  I used to do it as a side gig and can tell you that there is not really a one box solution for these things.  Everybody's needs are a little bit different.
