 High Springs, Florida | Weight loss is simple. Calories in vs calories out. A dietitian can do a simple test, to determine how many calories you burn in a day at rest. In my case, 2300 per day. So, in order to loose weight, I must partake of less than 2300 calories. How to do it? Simple things like others have suggested, mainly PORTION CONTROL. Also, ditch the Gator, Mule, or whatever you have and walk between the house and barn or machine shed. One of my best friends won't walk 30 feet without jumping in his Gator. And, yes he could stand to loose 50#.
I lost 20 last year, but gained some back. On the way back down now. My goal is to get my BMI down to what it should be. Almost there!
