East Central Arkansas | Not something I would have though about going bad. Maybe because it was sold in a plastic bottle. Watkins brand and probably the third year we have had it. It's a 11 oz bottle and three oz used per year in the lemon nut Chirstmas cake. So have a off flavor very large somewhat expensive cake with all the pecans, currants and raisins. It is the extract as I put a drop on my finger and tasted. Stored in the cabinet with other spices. I guess from now on just buy the small more expensive glass bottles. | |
