Glenwood, Mn | Opposite here, UPS is spot on and FedEx is extremely iffy. I had something shipped from China make it here in 4 days this week, including customs. Something shipped from Colorado has been in a three way triangle from St. Paul mn to St. Cloud mn to Willmar mn for 11 days total. I receive from both the St. Cloud depot and Willmar. I’m not sure what the hang up is. FedEx says they know just as much as I do about it. Gee, thanks. It’s been in St. Paul 3 times, Willmar twice and St. Cloud twice. Huh?

Ok, I lied. My package from China delivered via FedEx was apparently signed for by my brother (signature delivery due to value and he works on the farm with me and he was here). I thought it was delivered as I was out of town and had a chicken scratch signature from Friday. I just got in late tonight (Sunday)and couldn’t find it. I called him and he said he never signed for any package on said day and time. I called the neighbor and they said they “may have it” and would check. I have 24-7 security so I checked the cameras and they don’t stop here but you can see them go up the road at the specified delivery time. Wrong person, wrong address and wrong signature. How can you fail so epically? Did the driver just forge the signature? Seriously? I’m done with FedEx.
