UPS used to be dependable. I've lost respect for them also. I mentioned in a thread here earlier this fall about an "Overnight Delivery" I paid for. Parts from SD shipped to NE IL. ON fee on UPS wa $125. I paid it. Parts went out of SD that day on time...picked up by UPS. Then parts flew to Louisville KY & sat on an airplane for 2 days. Weather was CAVU everywhere. Found out that UPS doesn't guarantee ON, they just say they "will try".

No refund.
