I had a similar situation. Ordered item, paid for 2 day shipping. Didn’t arrive, called retailer and they refunded shipping. FedEx tracking showed it had not been picked up after 5 days. Showed up on my porch yesterday (Saturday), still shows it hasn’t been picked up yet.
