oregon | My wife has had an i-phone with an associated e mail. She changed her number on the i phone with Verizon about a year ago and kept her old e mail address. I'm not sure, but I think all the online accounts think her e mail is associated with her old number so when she tries to do 2-step verification, the code is being sent to her old number. Not sure, but that is what I think is going on. Anyways, she has stuff in the i-cloud that she would like to retrieve. Any ideas on how to go about this? I'm an Android guy and I'm gonna try to switch her over after we get the i-cloud files back. Thanks. | |
