| I you think they had it rough, how bout the Indians? Would’ve been amazing to hang around them for a week and just observe truly subsistence living. Just getting to the next day, every day, was a challenge. Not exactly pioneer based, but a great series to watch is “Centennial”, with Robert Conrad and Richard Chamberlain. Very first white men to see many parts of North America. Interactions with the Indians, many not so friendly.
