East Central Arkansas | Took some Alka Zeltzer Plus Friday. Took a daytime around lunch and nighttime that night. It helped and sure it reduced the fever. I think I took two Ibuprofen yesterday but might have taken only once. I got out and did some light chores yesterday afternoon. It was 70 F out so hard to stay in the house.
I felt good enough I didn't take anything last night. Fever seemed to have mostly subsided. I still sweated and shivered through the night. I just avoid taking those pain and fever reduces unless I really think I need them.
Not going to church this morning as I know I don't need to be around others but it's going to be warm again today so will be outside after lunch enjoying the warmth.
I guess if I hurt some and don't feel really great not taking the pain meds it will keep me from overdoing stuff until I get well. | |
