They have one. Well, a few actually.
Their rotary impact hammers have a 'hammer only' mode. Granted, not as strong as an air chisel, and requires chisels with the SDS+ end, but they do work pretty well at chiseling or hammering until you get into heavy duty needs.
I wonder why milwalkee has not made their version of an air hammer ?
