It’s pretty easy to make your own harness for an R modem. I’ve done just about every machine we have here that way. On the ones you want CAN information just add 2 wires into the machine diagnostic connector. I’d have to look, but 4730 might have factory JDLink wiring. R series tractors definitely should.

That Ethernet switch b.s. is annoying. $5000 kit and all it was a few cables and a hub. That was for implement Ethernet (to run a new planter)
