I had some down on the farm mountain oysters from a sheep . Didn’t know what I was eating but they was delicious tender in gravy. Thought they was Swiss steak and gravy. When the lady said what they was I thought my wife was going to turn 50 shades of green. They was good but didn’t ask for anymore Lol. They must of been some pretty big rams when cut.
