I don't use radar on any of my customer builds.
I don't know how Deere does it, but Precision Planting’s 20/20 SeedSense display requires DGPS via NMEA Messages...so NMEA is coming from GPS equipment. And if the NMEA Message Output Settings are set correctly in the GPS receiver, there should not be an issue.
How Deere's radar input is related to their GPS receiver is unknown to me...it seems illogical.

2. JD can only go out 6 places, while most other companies (Trimble) go out 8 places. - I have no idea if PP 20/20 is affected by this. Unknown what newer JD equipment does here.
