Anyway, her Ninja comes with a thermometer, and you set the heating temperature according to the size and how well done you want the outside, and the thermometer temperature as to how well you want it done in the middle. When the middle hits your temperature, it shuts off and dings. Let it rest a bit, and enjoy. | |
