My mistake, I have the 4X6 oval lights from sloans. They are like the Deere lights. Yes, you are right the 3X5's are 880's. Yes, I put the ballast behind the tail light assembly. Those screws are not fun to take out. On mine, the rear two came pretty easily, but the front one was very hard and never did get it completely out; just loose enough to allow the tail light assembly to pivot out and give enough room to work. From the compartment behind the tail light there is a grommet that carries the wiring for the fold up flashers. I took the grommet out and ran the wires from the ballast through the hole and then pushed the gommet back in place so it was now carrying 2 sets of wires. I then took the wires from the fender light and ran them between the plastic and the cab (following the wires that go to to the fold up flasher). Then I made my connection below the fender where the two sets meet. That's a lot of explanation; I will get pics for you as soon as I can.
