West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | I always thought air fryers were kind of a joke...I was wrong.
Walmart had a Thanksgiving special ($57.00) on a Gourmia brand air fryer that looks like a mini microwave so I thought I'd try one.
I've cooked quite a variety of food items with it since we bought it. Veggies, fish, chicken, bacon, breakfast links, burgers, pork chops, T bone...rib eye tonight for supper and have yet to be disappointed with the results...and it sure beats grilling steaks out on the deck on cold, snowy, winter night with 60 MPH wind gusts.
The Gourmia model we bought seems kind of cheaply made but it is stainless steel so time will tell how long it lasts. Clean up is pretty painless.
