I imagine location is so key to return on grain storage but I think it is critical here. It's pretty easy to add .25 per bushel of corn just by holding a few months with basis and bid appreciation, plus you can pick a point of delivery and usually add a little more. It can work the other way too but over a period of years, storage has only been surpassed by drain tile in terms of ROI. My opinion only.
