Minnesota
1 buy land
2 tile land
3 build bin site
4 up grade machinery as needed
3 and 4 can be switched around depending on proximity to an elevator or end user, one can farm with less machinery than one thinks, that being said always have a good working planter and it seems sprayer also pay for themselves quickly. just my opinion.
