Very much disagree on the “only way money you make in a bin is basis improvement”. If you have it sold in the fall for xxx futures and roll it out to spring and summer months and pick up the carry, than how do you define that gain as speculation and gambling? Just curious your thought analysis on it because when I talk to coop this is how they do it with bushels. They certainly make money on capturing the carry. I would agree basis improvement than happens also.
