East Central Ia | Does anyone have any insight on where Traction Ag’s purchase of PC Mars is headed?
I know PC Mars has been working towards an updated version with online platform or at least a platform that can have multiple shared users. It’s my understanding that this has been hard for them so I am not surprised with the sale.
I really want to move to a more all inclusive type program to manage inventory, rental agreements, crop share, grain sale contracts etc.
I want a much cleaner AR and AP tracking than PC Mars has.
I like to get a bill, say from the COOP, and enter it into AP and then move that cleanly from AP once it is due and paid. It’s easier for me to keep track of things this way and stay on top of everything.
I know PC Mars has a lot of capabilities, some of which I am not using, for budgeting and tracking other things but it is not intuitive or user friendly at all.
Just don’t want to make the switch now, or at least next fiscal year, and have them integrate the two somehow later with a clean smooth changeover process | |
