West Central Indiana
I agree with Ecil89. No one mentions the time involved unloading and sweeping floors.
I have a lot of storage for the acres I farm. It’s spread out at 4 locations. Can whip harvest out in no time because of it.
As I’m getting older and trying to do more with less help I’m starting to wonder if filling 15-12,000 bushel bins on gravel roads that are soft in the winter is worth it. Have a nice system at my main farm with big bins and a 11,000 bushel overhead. Dealing with grain there is easy compared to all the small bins with truck augers and 40 year old electrical systems.
