If you have that much opportunity for elevators I would utilize what you can there. Try and find someone retiring to rent some storage from potentially if you want some flexibility. Not many people like to admit it but the only money you make in a bin is basis improvement. Everything else is speculation and gambling. Talk with an elevator about hedging and try to lock your basis in when you can get a good offer. Go buy tile and improve drainage.
