Lots of unknowns here, like tillage, chemistry before or at planting, etc.   But....   if I was really wanting to have fomesafen in the program on Enlist beans, best bang for the buck where it actually does some good would be to use Prefix very early post.   Beefing up your residuals rather than trying to heat up the Liberty.
