Pittsburg, Kansas
We have been using some for I guess a year now. However in the beginning hardly used it at all. Mostly last 6 months.

I am very careful about not wanting things "sweet" or it will get me craving sweets again. But we will use a little to cut the bitter in coffee and low carb chocolate desserts.

It is about the same sweetness as glucose. Not nearly as sweet as fructose.

We also use quite a bit of glycine which is about as sweet, an essential amino acid that also does not affect glucose levels.
