In my situation- metal roof had been installed incorrectly on a couple self storage units I bought. Replacing steel was the very last resort: I had no where else to have customers move to. If they moved to another facility, they weren't coming back. And, there's no way I would remove a roof over someone else's property, no matter what.
I thought the Gaco was my cheapest solution by a long ways.
People re-roof houses, apartments, etc. all the time. Why would that be any different than a storage shed? Just make sure it's covered by night fall. I've done it many times.
