| Dealer support is huge. It's not if something goes wrong, it's when something goes wrong. But the dealers should know that some people are gonna buy used, and that's fine, they can still sell parts for it.
One thing a person could do, would be to give the local guy a call and let them know you're gonna buy a used drone and see if they carry parts for it and ask if they'd help with questions along the way. They might also have some used drones laying around too.
What I wouldn't do is rely on them for all your questions and then order parts online from someone else. Don't just waste their time. That's a quick way to have your calls screened. | |
