NESD
I am thinking that you got isolator #R220146, I can look at the pic in PM Pro but cannot copy it to paste it here. I put the trim tape on both sides of the isolator so the it is bonded to the window and the steel plate to keep the window from sliding over and touching the frame of the cab, then remove the metal trim that covers the channels on the bottom of the window, remove the plastic channel that the window rests in and put a length of trim tape in the outside channels but leave the sheath on the trim tape so that the window will slide, this is where the majority of the squeeks come from, if the squeek is coming from the top clamps I usually push in on the window and slip a piece of cardboard between the window and the clamp and then trim it to size. this procedure has eliminated the squeeks in every one that I have done. the part # of the 3M trim tape is 06383, this is a large roll but I think some of the parts stores have smaller rolls because you only need about 2 1/2 feet.

I really need to take pics the next time that I do this.
