The sodium phosphate is the same salt they give you before a colonoscopy,,the hydrolized soy is up to 30 % MSG..so it makes the stuff taste good according to your taste buds.I know that it would be much better if it was beef and a tad of table salt. .. but no we cannot have that as it is too costly..
