UP / Thumb of Michigan | In my situation- metal roof had been installed incorrectly on a couple self storage units I bought. Replacing steel was the very last resort: I had no where else to have customers move to. If they moved to another facility, they weren't coming back. And, there's no way I would remove a roof over someone else's property, no matter what.
I thought the Gaco was my cheapest solution by a long ways. | |
