NC IA | I have been reading and watching youtube videos on drones and completely confused myself with too much info.
Looking at a spray drone for around 800 acres of corn fungicide a year roughly as a starting point. Looking at used drones. I had a friend use a T40 to spray our corn this year and watched a few times, looks very user-friendly.
The XAG P100 pro seems to have good build quality but watched some videos and the complaint is the software stinks and its not user friendly - I saw a video a guy demo'd a P100 pro and it dove into the ground for no reason at one point- pretty spooky. Maybe the bugs have been worked out?
The EA J100 seems like another good drone for build quality - but I could not find much about the software easiness.
My thoughts are the T60 would be the easiest to jump into using, but that the P100 pro and J100 are better quality machines. Would love some input - not looking to do any custom work (yet - maybe after I master using it). I plan to spray 3 gallons of water an acre, most fields would be 1/2 mile rounds with some rolling hills. | |
