We help fixing it via Yield data post-processing. 

Route cause - you have overlaps of yield data polygons (not really route cause, but I don't go deeper here). 

Some screenshots of similar problem are below (in your case it looks like you have a bit bigger overlap). 

GeoPard Yield data post-processing allows to clean/calibrate yield data and send it back to the Ops center (1 click or automation) to substitute the Yield dataset (same logic could be used for as-applied/as-planted).
