Thumb of Michigan		I tried some of a similar stuff 8-10 years ago, for the second time and put new steel on a month or so ago. Would've been cheaper to do it right 8-10 years ago (let alone cheaper). BTW, roof was originally installed ~60 years ago.

I think I was penny wise and pound foolish.
