| I find it amusing that everyone knows to avoid portland. I live 120 miles from it . Theres a group telling us out here that portland is great and the problems are over blown..
well. I was just there a few weeks ago and it is a dumpster fire, avoid it as best you can. getting out of pdx and hitting interstae 84 is pretty simple. 84 runs along the
columbia river. traffic starts to ease just past troutdale . | |
