e c iowa | Has been working properly until last night. This morning battery was very low.
Plugged in and it said plugged in but not charging. Eventually went dead.
Checked charger voltage it is at somewhere around 19-20 volts.
Took the back of laptop off and unplugged the battery. It is my understanding
that it should start without battery being plugged in with charger applied power?
It does nothing, no light at charging port. Need a new battery? Any suggestions?
Help would be appreciated. Thanks
Edit to add laptop is only a little over a year old.
