lol, it’s 130 aph ground with previous tenant not the current. Would have struggled to made 80 and good basis is 75 miles in Kansas City and it’s not great. I’m sure they made lots of money. Isn’t many full time guys that only farm 1000 here. It’s not Iowa where a paid for 160 makes a living.
