That's what we're seeing here. Actually, the help leaves Farn Credit before the customers, then the farmers follow them.
For the most part, a lender/farmer builds a relationship over the years. But the lender's hands are tied, they can only do what their gestapo boss tells them to do. And the human side of them won't allow them to put the hammer down and cinch up the lender in a strait jacket. Their conscience won't allow it. So they just leave.
Now that's how it is here. Obviously lots of happy campers with Farm Credit and that's great.
Because most of us need a good reliable lender. | |
