DB , you got me beat by 5 years , don’t recall any hoops , they stuck with me a few times when I wouldn’t of loaned me money, never knew of anything going upstairs, what worked so great here was the ability to redo every 365 days if interest goes down on a locked rate loan , redid several that way all they way down to 3 percent years and right in there they pretty much hit bottom and that’s where they’re all at now , not bad when we have gotten at least 1.2 back here for last ten or so , hate to see those disappear, won’t let you pay interest only , wouldn’t that be fun
Exactly; buck always stopped with person behind the desk. Interest rates were always favorable at Farm Credit compared to local banks. That’s here in my general location.
