I really wish it would have worked out with FC for us but it didn't. I was extremely disappointed with their "young and beginning" farmer program, sounds like they may have corrected a lot of issues with it since.
Local bank has been pretty easy to work with compared to what FC was in our situation.
There have been 5 loan officers at FC since we left 9 years ago. I've had 2 at the local bank and that's because of a retirement. | |
