Do u grease the trailing pin on all 4 wheels often? I was told once a week. They said usually the one on the outside by the wheel takes grease but the inside one doesn't like too. Jacking it up a little will help it take grease.... Had a service guy out yesterday to answer questions and get the norac system up and going
