I'm going with farm credit 6.85 for a five year fixed. Local bank was 6 fixed for 3 years. I guess I'm buying into the pitch that u get 1% back. Loan origination fees are also higher with farm credit. Agree with other post that overnight rate is not reflective of mortgage rates.
