| What about all the guys/gals who did stuff in 24 for the 25 season that got canceled from Trump and Elon. Truterre was a USDA program. We were in that program. Wasn’t even really mad about it. But now I am pissed off because this is like a kick in the nuts. Announced after the cover crop planting season and if you plant a cover crop in 26 -27 they will probably cancel founding again. I say let the private groups run their own payment thing and keep the government out of it. If they expect new acres, now you have certified a cover crop. Because the USDA’s programs were canceled so late you couldn’t even get your insurance discount for planting cover crop. | |
