| the right genes definetly help celebrated aunts 95 th birthday lately ,,,she is an optomist,,,,bought a boat for her lakeside cabin to use this coming summer,,,another aunt turned 96 lately and her friends funeral was attended by two sister in laws ,,,one is 103 and the other 108 ,, and i am quite sure none of these people ever gave much thought to what they ate,,, all are in their own homes and live independantly,,,,,,,,i am sure most of you reading this will call BS but it isnt ,,,, my grandfather made 94 and his dad 98 (smoked too) i can only dream of getting there too
