Milford, IL | Exercise caution, not sure how overblown this is - but apparently some unscrupulous indiviuals with unscrupulous attorneys have filed ADA accessability lawsuits and won (or settled).
Target small businesses, less likely to have competent legal advice or pay for defense, settling is easier.
I agree that your own website is worlds better than FB marketplace, just don't get blown up by an ADA compliance shakedown scheme. | |
