Hello, you should be able to downgrade with the same method as the upgrade. The 12.4 is the floor so to downgrade to an older version you need an beta unlock, but to the 12.4 you should be able to downgrade.
Also if you have trouble with RTK you should check the newer versions there is 14.60, 15.20, 15.60 and each of them has some improvements and bug fixes regarding GNSS and RTK...
