NWC Ohio | After chiseling behind a vertical beater and a Tebbe, the Tebbe by far. This is at a 20 ton rate. Much finer and much more even. Not sure how fast they drove spreading, but the spread width looked a lot more consistent and wider than the vertical beater as well. Inside the tailgate it has a couple large rotating augers tearing material apart and down onto the big spinners.
Complaint from operator, the apron chain drive system seems to get hung up pretty easy on small stones, hard chunks, ect. Lost most of a day spreading trying to dig it out and get it going when it hung up this fall on last good warm dry day of spreading. | |
