Hennepin, IL | First off I think youre confusing GLIDE with GLONASS. Second when you say you want to use it with a 500, are you talking as an external receiver or as a base? I think I know the answer since you said the 500 is on WAAS. CMR is an RTK correction protocol, meaning thats the format that corrections are sent from a base to a rover (receiver on the machine). There isnt any (viable) way to send location data in CMR like you would need to use it as an ecternal receiver for the 500. Outside chance the 500 would accept NMEA strings from the 6500 if you were using it for mapping or rate control or something, but for steering that idea is DIA.
Also CMR is moot if the 500 isnt RTK unlocked, if you were in fact talking about using the 6500 as a base.
