Dismissing the Thomas Massie question tells me all I need to know. I would have too a few years back.
In my experience whenever I find myself thinking I know all I need to know I usually end up finding out that I knew less than I thought I did.
Dismissing questions is a very good indicator from my experience.
That’s not logical if that is an attempt to apply it to this situation. You are correct that I do not know all I need to know but it does not apply because I never made the claim that i know all I need to know.
I didn’t bother to answer because it is basically impossible to guess what criteria you are using to make that determination without also having all of your own beliefs and I doubt that I do. Frankly, when it comes down to it I am quite certain that even your 99% assessment is inaccurate. Another issue is that you indicated that you believe that the only way to understand how DC works is by reaching the same conclusion as you did. I don’t believe that to be true. The only possible outcomes of answering your question is to either fully agree with you or to have a pointless argument where neither side would convince the other.
Do you believe there was any other possible outcome?
