Brakes could definitely be an issue, especially if it's a single master cylinder vs. dual, as well as being all drum brakes. Electrical is an excellent point, as generators don't put out nearly as much as alternators. Lots of new parts installed, runs well, going to do a full hammer test on the frame/suspension. My truck had the AC pulled from it with a pulley delete kit, I just live with it. :D I would have to do additional research on the unleaded gas. I agree, I think there may be other choices that are more logical as well, particularly in regards to parts availability.
