That's the wrong pipe through the wall. That pipe is for higher efficiency, non-condensing boilers and possibly some fireplaces. You need a b-vent type like the one in this link:

With a single wall pipe you need 6" of clearance from combustables. With a b-vent you need 1". Do you have a thimble going through the wall or is it just the selkirk? You can run the b-vent through the wall and then just use single wall 24ga pipe and elbows to get from the unit to the pipe through the wall as long as you have 6" of clearance.
