Northeast Tennessee | Bought a small Miller mig, model 140 about 15 years ago and kept my old Lincoln AC tombstone. Found myself preferring the old stick welder for everything but thin 1/8" and under steel, Sold the mig after 4-5 years and bought a Miller Maxstar 161 S. Haven't used the tombstone since and it can weld much thinner steel than the old Lincoln. Most of my welding is for repairs and that is were a stick welder works well. | |
